Giving

Your gifts build a world of understanding!

The Spurlock Museum invites you to join the body of staff, volunteers, students, educators, and donors who are dedicated to its mission of public education and artifact research and preservation. With your assistance, we can continue to build knowledge of and respect for the peoples and cultures of the world.

Help Spurlock's collections grow with object donations that align with the Museum's acquisition plan.

Make a financial donation in support of educational programs, research, collections care, and other Museum activities by making a gift online. A gift of any amount makes an impact.

Here are a few examples:

  • $200 gives covers school bus costs for a 60-student field trip to the Museum.
  • $350 covers the cost of a storage drawer, housing 10–40 artifacts for long-term preservation.
  • $500 provides an honorarium for a world-class scholar to give a public talk; another $200 provides a chance for them to review artifacts in our collections, providing much-needed information for our scholarly records.
  • $2500 helps paint and prepare a gallery for a new temporary exhibit.
